Cary Group Acquires Two Workshops in Portugal

Cary Group, through its ExpressGlass brand, has acquired two automotive glass repair and replacement workshops in Portugal. The workshops are located in Caldas da Rainha and Castanheira do Ribatejo, situated in the western part of the country.

Rui Adrião and Luís Fazendeiro, the former owners of the acquired workshops, will continue to manage the operations. Their continued involvement aims to maintain and develop the existing strong customer relationships under Cary Group's ownership.

ExpressGlass specializes in the repair and replacement of automotive glass. With these two new acquisitions, the company's total network now comprises 88 workshops, of which 47 are company-owned and 41 are operated by franchisees.
