Cary Group Appoints New CFO and Restructures M&A Function
Cary Group, a European market leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement, has appointed Lars Egelstig as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Joakim Rasiwala, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Head of M&A and Integration.

Cary Group, a prominent European player in vehicle glass repair and replacement, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Lars Egelstig as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 11. Egelstig joins Cary Group from Nordomatic, where he previously served as CFO.
In parallel, Joakim Rasiwala, who has been serving as Cary Group's CFO, will transition to a newly established role as Head of M&A and Integration. In this capacity, Rasiwala will oversee the company's mergers and acquisitions activities and the integration of new country operations. This transition is expected to occur gradually throughout the remainder of 2024.
Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group, expressed satisfaction with the appointments, stating the company looks forward to leveraging Egelstig's financial and leadership experience.
