Cary Group Expands Auto Repair Network with Acquisition

Cary Group, a specialist in vehicle glass repair and replacement, is expanding its auto repair operations through its subsidiary Autoklinik Bilskador.

Autoklinik Bilskador has acquired the auto body operations of JC Billackering AB, a company founded in 1979 that specializes in body and paint repairs. JC Billackering holds a strong position in its local market.

The acquisition is part of Autoklinik Bilskador's strategy to consolidate and grow its network of auto repair shops. JC Billackering will be rebranded under the Autoklinik name. The integration is expected to enhance Autoklinik's expertise and repair capacity.
