Cary Group Opens New UK Distribution Center in Bolsover
Cary Group's UK subsidiaries, National Windscreens and Charles Pugh Glass, have opened a new 134,000 square meter distribution center in Bolsover. The facility aims to enhance customer service and future growth capacity.

National Windscreens and Charles Pugh Glass, both subsidiaries of Cary Group in the UK, have officially opened their new distribution center in Bolsover. The facility is designed to improve customer service, support future growth, and expand product range across the UK.
The distribution hub spans 134,000 square meters, capable of storing over 200,000 windscreens, with a vertical storage capacity up to 12 meters high. This increased storage capability is expected to enhance service levels through optimized order processing, faster replenishment, and greater product availability.
"This is not just about more storage space, it's about smarter service," stated Stuart Boon, Head of Cary Group's UK operations. "The Bolsover distribution center improves our stock availability, our delivery times, and provides our customers with access to an even wider product range."
The Bolsover location offers a strategic advantage for recruitment and staff retention. The facility features advanced storage systems and AI-assisted equipment for high-level glass retrieval, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce manual handling while ensuring glass integrity.
Sustainability features incorporated into the building include solar panels for energy sales, advanced climate control systems, and electric vehicle charging points.
