The campaign invites players with unresolved complaints and failed attempts to claim their winnings from any online casino to apply for restitution.
The company has allocated a total of $1,000,000 USDC to the fund. Up to $100,000 USDC of this amount is specifically earmarked for players who utilized the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service (AGCCS) and have outstanding unresolved complaints.
Eligible players with claims between $1,000 and $10,000 USDC can receive payouts in cryptocurrency. This initiative addresses outstanding player disputes within the online casino industry.
