CASI Sustainability Forum Concludes in Casablanca, Focus on Capacity Building
The CASI Sustainability Forum in Casablanca concluded after two days, emphasizing capacity building in sustainable finance and green technology for Africa's future.

Casablanca, Morocco – The Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI) has successfully concluded its two-day sustainability forum in Casablanca. The event brought together approximately 250 professionals to focus on developing expertise in sustainable finance and green technology to support Africa's sustainable development.
The forum was organized in partnership with BANK OF AFRICA and supported by the Casablanca Finance City Authority (CFCA). Discussions centered on enhancing the ability of institutions and investors to integrate sustainability considerations into financial decision-making and promoting the adoption of green technologies across the continent.
Participants explored practical solutions and strategies aimed at driving the growth of sustainable investments in Africa. Specific attention was given to developing financial mechanisms that support renewable energy, climate adaptation, and the circular economy.
CASI stated that the forum successfully laid the groundwork for future collaborations and initiatives designed to boost knowledge and capacity in sustainable finance throughout Africa.
