Catalyx launches OpenLine to integrate high-speed manufacturing systems
Catalyx has introduced OpenLine, a platform designed to connect AI-driven vision systems with production hardware to create a unified manufacturing workflow.

Catalyx has launched OpenLine, a new platform that integrates machine vision, production hardware, and enterprise software into a single, coordinated manufacturing environment. The software is designed to address the operational fragmentation common in factories where equipment from multiple vendors lacks native integration.
CEO Mario L. Rocci, Jr. stated that manufacturers frequently face production bottlenecks and regulatory compliance risks because their systems cannot communicate effectively. OpenLine acts as a centralized control layer that enables automated decision-making and digital logging of production events, allowing operators to oversee entire lines rather than individual units.
Targeting highly regulated sectors such as life sciences and consumer goods, the platform supports both traditional and AI-based vision inspection. By consolidating production data and control, Catalyx aims to reduce manual intervention and streamline the introduction of new products across existing manufacturing infrastructure.
