French boat manufacturer Catana Group has successfully completed a 900-mile high-speed sea trial of its new Catana Ocean Class catamaran. The trial aimed to test the vessel's performance and seakeeping capabilities under demanding conditions.

The vessel, part of Catana Group's "Ocean Class" range, set sail from Barcelona and navigated towards Greece. During the journey, the boat was operated at full sailing speed, demonstrating stable performance and good maneuverability in various weather conditions.

Catana is known for its luxurious, large, and high-performance catamarans. The Ocean Class models are designed for long-distance cruising, offering a high level of comfort and performance without compromising on durability.

"This sea trial demonstrated the true potential of the Catana Ocean Class," said Christophe Barraud, CEO and founder of Catana. "We are proud to offer our customers high-quality boats that can withstand the most demanding conditions."

Catana aims to solidify its position in the luxury catamaran market and continue developing innovative models. The company has been building boats since 1979.
