Caverion Acquires Kiwa Inspecta's Building Services Business in Finland
Caverion Oyj is strengthening its advisory services by acquiring the building services business unit from Kiwa Inspecta in Finland. Approximately 50 experts will transfer from Kiwa Inspecta to Caverion.

Caverion Oyj has agreed to acquire the building services business from Kiwa Inspecta Oy in Finland. The transaction will see around 50 Kiwa Inspecta employees move to Caverion. This acquisition is expected to enhance Caverion's capabilities in building lifecycle management and advisory services.
The business being acquired from Kiwa Inspecta focuses on building condition surveys, assessments of properties and technical systems, and related field services. The operations are spread across eight locations in Finland, including Helsinki (Vantaa), Tampere, Turku, and Oulu.
Kiwa is divesting this unit as part of its strategy to focus on its core testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) business. "We are pleased that our experts' knowledge will strengthen Caverion's service network in the future," stated Jussi Ojanen, Country Manager of Kiwa Finland, in a press release.
Caverion stated that the acquisition supports its sustainable growth strategy and addresses the increasing demand for advisory services in the construction sector. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval, anticipated during the autumn.
