Caverion acquires Kokkola LCC specializing in laser cladding
Caverion strengthens its industrial services by acquiring Kokkola LCC Oy, a Finnish company focused on laser cladding and advanced machining of metal components.

Caverion Finland has signed an agreement to acquire Kokkola LCC Oy, a company that provides laser cladding and machining services for industrial components. The transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, enhances Caverion's industrial services capabilities in Finland.
Founded in 2004, Kokkola LCC employs 16 people and has an annual revenue of approximately EUR 3.2 million. The company serves a variety of industries including mechanical engineering, energy, marine, and mining.
Laser cladding is highlighted as a technology that promotes the circular economy by extending the service life of industrial components, aligning with sustainability goals. This acquisition allows Caverion to offer more comprehensive solutions for industrial maintenance and modernization.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval. Seppo Heiskanen, CEO of Kokkola LCC, stated that Caverion's ownership provides a strong and reliable partner committed to sustainable development principles.
