Caverion Acquires Ventilation and Cooling Systems Company in Germany
Caverion Germany has acquired Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH, a company specializing in ventilation and cooling solutions. The deal adds approximately 40 employees and EUR 6.1 million in annual revenue from 2025.

Caverion Germany has strengthened its capabilities in ventilation and cooling systems with the acquisition of Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH. The target company specializes in ventilation and cooling solutions in northwestern Germany and brings approximately 40 employees into Caverion. In 2025, Kees generated an annual revenue of EUR 6.1 million.
The acquired company is well-established in ventilation, cooling, process, measurement, and automation technology. This strategic addition aligns with Caverion's growth focus on cooling and climate technology and is expected to enhance its market position.
"Our growth focus includes, among other areas, cooling and climate technology. Kees is a strategic addition to our portfolio in this field. The company has a particularly valuable customer base, especially in the industrial sector," stated Manfred Simmet, CEO of Caverion Germany.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of May 2026. Ulf Nickel, current CEO of Kees, will continue to lead the company alongside Jörg Ruhländer. The acquisition is anticipated to support Kees' ongoing sustainable and profitable development.
