Caverion acquires WISAG Automatisierungstechnik to bolster German market presence
Caverion has entered an agreement to acquire WISAG Automatisierungstechnik, a move set to expand the company's building automation services across Germany.
Caverion has finalized an agreement to purchase WISAG Automatisierungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG (WAT) from the WISAG Group. This transaction marks the largest acquisition to date for Caverion’s German operations.
WAT provides technical services including the planning, installation, and maintenance of building management systems, with a particular focus on energy management. The company currently employs 170 staff members across seven locations in Germany and generates annual revenue of approximately 27 million euros.
This move aligns with broader industry trends toward increased digitalization and energy optimization in building infrastructure. By incorporating WAT’s existing technical capabilities and client base, Caverion aims to scale its automation division and enhance its service delivery in the competitive German market.
