Caverion Announces Chief Financial Officer Change
Caverion Oyj announced in November 2021 that its Chief Financial Officer, Martti Ala-Härkönen, has resigned. He will continue in his role until May 7, 2022, as the company begins its search for a successor.
Helsinki – Caverion Oyj announced a significant change within its Group Management Board in early November 2021. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Martti Ala-Härkönen has resigned from his position to accept a role at another company.
Ala-Härkönen will continue to serve Caverion in his current capacity until May 7, 2022, at the latest. The company has initiated a search for his successor. Ala-Härkönen has held the position of CFO and been a member of the Group Management Board since September 2016, with his responsibilities also encompassing M&A and IT.
In a statement, Mats Paulsson, Chairman of the Board, and Jacob Götzsche, President and CEO of Caverion Corporation, expressed gratitude for Ala-Härkönen's contributions. They credited him with playing a key role in returning the company to a growth path and wished him success in his future endeavors.
Caverion is a Nordic building and facility services company focused on providing energy-efficient solutions and services. The CEO and Chairman's comments suggest that Ala-Härkönen's tenure was marked by efforts to reposition the company and foster renewed growth.
