Caverion Expands Building Services Expertise in Finland
Caverion has expanded its expertise in building services in Finland by acquiring Kiwa Inspecta's business unit. Fifty new experts have joined Caverion as of September 1.
Caverion Oyj has strengthened its expertise in building services in Finland by integrating 50 experts from Kiwa Inspecta. The acquisition, which included Inspecta Oy's building services business unit, was completed on September 1.
The transaction aligns with Caverion's growth strategy and enhances its role as a provider of facility management services. The newly acquired experts will continue to offer services focused on building condition assessments, indoor air quality surveys, and project planning and supervision.
This expansion will enable Caverion to better support clients in selecting energy-efficient and sustainable solutions throughout a building's lifecycle. Assessing a building's condition is crucial for planning necessary measures and ensuring its long-term, sustainable use.
