Caverion expands German presence with WISAG Automatisierungstechnik acquisition
Caverion has reached an agreement to acquire German building automation firm WISAG Automatisierungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG from the WISAG Group.
Caverion’s German subsidiary has announced the acquisition of WISAG Automatisierungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG (WAT), a firm specializing in building automation systems. This transaction marks the largest acquisition to date for the company’s German operations.
WAT provides planning, installation, and maintenance services for building management and energy systems, along with 24/7 technical support. The company reports an annual revenue of approximately 27 million euros and employs roughly 170 staff across seven locations in Germany.
The acquisition reflects Caverion's strategy to bolster its technical service capabilities in central Europe. The deal remains subject to customary regulatory approval processes.
