Caverion Germany has acquired Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, a family-run firm specializing in ventilation, air conditioning, and cleanroom technology. The company has over 30 employees and annual revenue exceeding EUR 5.5 million.

Caverion Germany has completed the acquisition of Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, a company that enhances its offerings in ventilation and cleanroom technology.
The acquisition, finalized on April 4, 2025, brings a team of over 30 employees and an annual revenue of more than EUR 5.5 million into Caverion's German operations. Schulz Lufttechnik, based in Sprockhövel, specializes in ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filter, and cleanroom technology. This move is intended to bolster Caverion Germany's position, particularly in the cleanroom technology sector.
Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH will operate as an independent entity within Caverion Germany. Dr. Arndt Schulz, the former co-owner, will continue to serve as managing director. The company possesses significant expertise in cleanroom applications, serving clients such as universities, clinics, and businesses in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
This acquisition is expected to create commercial synergies for Caverion Germany, a provider of smart and sustainable built environments. Manfred Simmet, CEO of Caverion Germany, stated that the integration of Schulz Lufttechnik strengthens their standing as a recognized specialist in ventilation, filter, and cleanroom technology.
