Caverion Merges Finnish Companies, Solidifying Market Leadership in Technical Services
Caverion Oyj has merged its Finnish operating companies at the turn of the year, with Caverion Industry now integrated into Caverion Finland. This move strengthens the company's position as a market leader in technical services across the country.

Caverion Oyj has consolidated its Finnish operations into a single entity as of the beginning of 2025. Caverion Industry (Caverion Industria Oy) has been merged into Caverion Finland (Caverion Suomi Oy). The integration aims to enhance the company's standing as the market leader for technical services and installations within Finland.
The company's Finnish operations span building technology, industry, and infrastructure, employing over 5,000 professionals across more than 40 locations. This scale positions Caverion as one of Finland's largest private employers.
"By merging, we can serve our customers even more comprehensively and smoothly," stated Ville Tamminen, CEO of Caverion Finland. He added that the company anticipates increased investment and market activity in 2025, particularly concerning renewable energy projects. Tamminen also indicated that acquisitions remain a strategic consideration for the company.
Caverion provides a broad spectrum of technical expertise and solutions for the entire lifecycle of buildings, industrial plants, and infrastructure. The merger is intended to streamline operations and improve customer service within the Finnish market.
