Caverion Publishes 2022 Annual Review
Caverion Oyj has published its Annual Review for 2022. The report includes the Board of Directors' Report, consolidated financial statements (IFRS), parent company financial statements (FAS), and the Auditors' report.
Caverion Oyj released its 2022 Annual Review on March 3, 2023. The publication contains the Board of Directors' Report, the consolidated financial statements prepared according to IFRS, the parent company's financial statements under FAS, and the Auditors' report.
The financial statements have been prepared in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) using XHTML. Key statements are tagged with XBRL. The auditing firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Caverion's ESEF financial statements.
In addition, Caverion has published separate reports for 2022: the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report, and the Sustainability Report.
