Caverion renews maintenance contract for Danish power grid
Caverion Denmark has signed a three-year contract renewal with transmission system operator Energinet to manage overhead power line infrastructure.

Caverion Denmark will continue its collaboration with Energinet, the Danish national transmission system operator, after renewing a multi-year framework agreement. The contract tasks the service provider with maintaining and upgrading the country’s high-voltage power transmission network.
The agreement covers technical work across the 132 kV, 150 kV, and 400 kV overhead line systems. Project scopes include reinvestment initiatives, large-scale maintenance operations, and additional utility assignments required to keep the grid operational.
This partnership supports the ongoing stability of Denmark’s critical electricity infrastructure as the nation moves toward energy system modernization. The current agreement spans three years, with provisions included for potential future extensions.
