Caverion secures €80 million contract for Nebius data centre expansion
Caverion has signed an agreement worth approximately €80 million with Nebius DC Oy for total technical solutions at its data centre in Mäntsälä, Finland. The expansion includes cooling, heat recovery, and fire safety systems.

Caverion Oyj has signed a comprehensive agreement with Nebius DC Oy, a Finnish subsidiary of AI infrastructure provider Nebius, for total technical solutions at its data centre in Mäntsälä, Finland. The estimated total value of the agreement is approximately 80 million euros.
The Mäntsälä data centre expansion project involves extending the existing building and constructing two new facilities, aiming to increase total capacity to 75 MW. Nebius, headquartered in Amsterdam, is expanding its infrastructure for the global AI industry.
The contract encompasses the delivery of liquid cooling, heat recovery, ventilation, fire alarm, fire extinguishing, and smoke extraction systems, as well as electrical and HVAC installations. The project commenced in April 2025 and is scheduled for completion in early 2026. The facility utilizes heat recovery to supply the local district heating network.
