Caverion Corporation's shares were delisted from Nasdaq Helsinki on July 1, 2024. The delisting followed Crayfish BidCo Oy's acquisition of all remaining minority shares in Caverion.

Helsinki – Caverion Corporation's shares were officially removed from the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange on July 1, 2024. This action occurred after Crayfish BidCo Oy gained full ownership of Caverion by acquiring all outstanding minority shares.
Caverion Oyj was established on June 30, 2013, as a result of a demerger from YIT Corporation. Its shares began trading on Nasdaq Helsinki on July 1, 2013, under the trading code CAV1V. Initially, 125,596,092 shares were subject to public trading.
In the company's history, a share issue of 9,524,000 new shares was directed to institutional investors on June 15, 2018. More recently, the company underwent a tender offer and subsequent redemption proceedings initiated by Crayfish BidCo Oy.
Caverion provides building and infrastructure technical solutions and services, operating in areas such as building automation, property management, electrical and automation technology, and HVAC systems.
