Talosäätö has been a partner within Caverion's network for approximately two decades. The collaboration has reportedly demonstrated compatibility in working methods, expertise, and technical solutions between the two firms.

The company states that the acquisition aims to ensure operational continuity and safeguard jobs. Caverion continues its growth strategy through acquisitions, including prior deals in June 2026 in Denmark and Finland concerning security and indoor network services.
