Caverion to Expand Baltic's Largest Data Centre

MCF Group Estonia and Caverion Finland have signed an agreement to add 22 MW of IT power and cooling capacity to the Greenergy Data Centers in Estonia. Upon completion, the campus will provide a total of 31.5 MW of capacity.

Caverion will serve as the main contractor, overseeing the required technical systems including electrical, cooling, ventilation, and fire protection. The data hall expansion is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026.

The facility, the largest in the Baltic region, adheres to the highest international security requirements and represents world-class technological standards. This expansion is expected to bolster Estonia's competitiveness as a digital infrastructure hub and attract further foreign investment.

The project will involve approximately 200 experts on-site and will be executed in collaboration with a network of Estonian companies. The expansion is part of MCF Group's strategy to develop AI-ready digital infrastructure in Estonia.
