Construction company Caverion has signed an agreement with MCF Group Estonia for the expansion of Greenergy Data Centers located in Estonia. The project is valued at EUR 50 million.

The expansion will add 22 megawatts of IT power and cooling capacity to the data centre. Upon completion, the campus will have a total capacity of 31.5 MW. Caverion will act as the main contractor, overseeing all required technical systems, including electrical, cooling, ventilation, and fire protection.

The construction work is scheduled to be completed in autumn 2026. Greenergy Data Centers is already the largest data centre in the Baltic region, and this expansion will further solidify its status.

MCF Group's data centre facilities provide significant capacity for the growing data market in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The facility is designed for high-security operations.
