Caverion will handle technical and parts of infrastructural facility management for the Deiker Höfe complex in Düsseldorf on behalf of the developer Black Horse Properties GmbH. Contract value and duration were not disclosed.

Caverion has been selected to manage the technical facility management and parts of the infrastructural facility management for the southern section of the Deiker Höfe building complex in Düsseldorf. The contract is with project developer Black Horse Properties GmbH. The duration and financial value of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Deiker Höfe is a mixed-use development featuring 21,500 sqm of commercial space, including offices, medical practices, retail, a hotel, and a daycare center. The complex also contains 353 residential apartments. An underground parking garage with 620 spaces includes 64 charging stations for electric vehicles. The complex has achieved a gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for sustainable resource use.
Black Horse Properties CEO Torsten Schreiber commented on Caverion's existing relationship with the company, noting their performance at the Dreischeibenhaus property in Düsseldorf. He specifically highlighted Caverion's strengths in technical installations as beneficial for building operations.
Caverion stated that providing facility management services from a single source reduces interfaces for clients, leading to increased efficiency and quality. For Deiker Höfe, this includes managing parts of infrastructural FM and warranty management.
