Caverion's head office moves to Vantaa

Caverion Oyj, specializing in technical solutions for buildings and infrastructure, has moved its head office from Munkkiniemi in Helsinki to new premises located at Torpantie 2 in Vantaa.

The new office facilities bring together nearly all of Caverion's employees working in the Helsinki metropolitan area, totaling approximately 450 people from the Division Finland, Industrial Solutions unit, and Group Functions. Caverion's Remote Center and Help Desk were already located in the same premises previously.

The refurbishment of the facilities is based on user-friendliness, encouraging new ways of working, open cooperation, and innovative co-working. The site utilizes new technology and offers various spaces for project work and tasks requiring concentration. Digitalization is a strong focus, with digital analysis of space utilization and indoor climate.

Caverion plans to pursue BREEAM environmental certification for the building in spring 2019. The company emphasizes that consolidating operations supports its strategy as a pioneer in digitalization and promotes collaboration, as well as increasing customer awareness of the company's new digital solutions.
