Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and Crest Investment Company have entered into two Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) to establish jointly owned construction and development companies in the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Iraq. The announcement was made on July 15, 2026.
The newly formed entities are intended to work closely with government and private sector partners to pursue opportunities for growth, job creation, and economic prosperity in both nations. The focus will be on strategic projects across various sectors including transportation, power, water, energy, oil and gas, industrial, residential, commercial, telecommunications, and public works.
Crest Investment Company already maintains a presence in Syria and Iraq through its existing subsidiaries. These agreements signify an expansion of collaborative efforts aimed at contributing to the reconstruction and development within these countries. The partnerships are expected to leverage the combined expertise and resources of both companies to address infrastructure needs and foster economic activity.
