CCO Expands Industrial Platform to Defense Sector

Cornerstone Consulting Organization (CCO) is expanding its "Industrial Time on Target" platform to support the U.S. defense industrial base. This initiative leverages CCO's decade-plus experience in resolving production bottlenecks and managing supply chain disruptions within the automotive sector.

The expansion aims to meet urgent defense production demands that have been hampered by supply chain challenges and resource shortages. A July 2026 inspector general evaluation highlighted this issue, noting that the Army's production of 155mm artillery rounds fell significantly short of its target due to limitations in projectile metal parts.

CCO's platform integrates three core capabilities: accelerating operations through "Free the Flow" (Operational Excellence and FIT), rapidly deploying specialized personnel via "Staff It" (Just-In-Time Staffing), and building long-term workforce expertise through "Build the Bench" (Technical Transfer Services).
