CD Valet Integrates Customer Reviews from Trustpilot
CD Valet, a marketplace for Certificates of Deposit (CDs), has launched a feature displaying customer reviews from Trustpilot alongside its listings.
Seattle-Tacoma, July 27, 2026 – CD Valet has integrated Trustpilot to provide savers with authentic customer reviews on its Certificate of Deposit (CD) marketplace.
The new feature allows users to view real customer ratings on financial institutions' account opening processes, digital experiences, and customer service. These reviews will appear directly next to the annual percentage yields (APYs) for the approximately 40,000 CDs listed on the platform, offering a more comprehensive view beyond just rates.
Sourced from Trustpilot's independent platform, the reviews ensure authenticity and are intended to be free from institutional influence. They complement the existing BauerFinancial Ratings, which assess financial strength, providing savers with a dual perspective on financial institutions. Institutions can respond to reviews and monitor their performance.
John Blizzard, founder of CD Valet, stated that the addition addresses customer demand for more transparency. "Our shoppers are careful, research-driven savers, and they've been asking for more transparency into what it's actually like to open an account with a given bank or credit union," Blizzard said.
The review feature is now live on CD Valet's website, with expectations for growing review volume as more savers share their feedback.
