CEER Unveils EXOBOT Electric Vehicle Lineup in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabian electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer CEER has unveiled its new EXOBOT line, featuring both sedan and SUV models. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman presented the vehicles in Riyadh on Tuesday. This introduction underscores Saudi Arabia's efforts to establish a stronger presence in the global automotive sector.

CEER, Saudi Arabia's first homegrown EV brand, was established in 2022 as a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Foxconn. The EXOBOT sedan and SUV were designed and developed in-house. The company states the vehicles combine visionary design, advanced technology, and performance.

Production is slated to commence at CEER's facility in Riyadh in 2025, with an annual production target of 150,000 vehicles. CEER aims to cater to both domestic and international markets, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative to diversify its economy and develop local industrial capabilities.

The company seeks to become a significant player in the EV market with the EXOBOT range. Further details regarding the specific technical specifications and pricing of the EXOBOT models are expected to be released at a later date.
