Celaid Therapeutics Completes Second Series B Financing Round

Celaid Therapeutics has completed the second close of its Series B financing round. Shionogi & Co., Ltd. and Teikoku Ventures, Inc. joined the round, providing additional capital for the drug development company.

The new investments will be used to accelerate U.S. clinical trial preparations for the company's CLD-001 project. The goal is to advance this project further in its development pipeline.

Celaid Therapeutics, headquartered in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Japan, is led by President and CEO Nobuyuki Arakawa. Specific details regarding the amount raised or the individual stakes of the investors have not been disclosed.
