Celebrity Reflection Undergoes Major Refit with 13 New Spaces

Celebrity Cruises has announced a significant refurbishment of its Celebrity Reflection vessel, set to introduce 13 new spaces and redefine the Caribbean cruising experience. The modernization, scheduled for completion in March 2027, will bring several features from the line's newer Edge Series ships, alongside two entirely new dining concepts.

The revamped ship will feature a new Grand Plaza, a multi-level space inspired by the latest Celebrity ships, which will serve as the entertainment hub. This area will include a prominent Martini Bar and a new chandelier show. Additionally, popular venues from the revitalized Celebrity Solstice, such as the Boulevard Lounge and The Parlor, will be added, offering diverse entertainment and gaming options throughout the day.

Outdoor spaces are also being enhanced with the reimagined Celebrity Pool Club, which will boast expanded seating, increased shade, and two new poolside bars. Two new dining venues, Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol, will provide casual poolside options, serving grilled items and Mexican-inspired cuisine. A new park-like outdoor area, Sunset Park, will be created on the top deck for relaxation and social gatherings with ocean views.

These updates are part of Celebrity Cruises' ongoing fleet modernization program, aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises, stated that the goal is to evolve the guest experience with innovative, yet effortless and unforgettable, offerings. The Celebrity Reflection will continue its year-round Caribbean service from Fort Lauderdale, with itineraries ranging from short getaways to longer island explorations.

The enhancements are designed to offer passengers a more relaxed, engaging, and memorable vacation at sea. The focus is on creating a seamless and elevated environment that combines contemporary design with established guest favorites.
