Cell Impact Accelerates Previously Announced US Customer Order
Cell Impact, a manufacturer of flow plates for fuel cells and electrolyzers, will accelerate the delivery schedule for a previously announced order from a U.S. customer. The change is expected to improve the company's cash flow.
Swedish-based Cell Impact, a supplier of advanced flow plates for fuel cell and electrolyzer manufacturers, announced it will expedite deliveries for an order previously communicated to a leading U.S. original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the fuel cell and electrolyzer sector.
The company had initially announced the order in June, with deliveries planned over a two-year period starting in the third quarter of 2026. The accelerated schedule means the majority of the order, valued at SEK 5.3 million (approximately $500,000 USD), will be manufactured and delivered within the next two quarters, with final delivery anticipated by April 2027.
"The customer has communicated that they wish to increase the delivery pace for the volume already ordered," stated Cell Impact CEO Daniel Vallin. This acceleration is expected to have a positive impact on the company's cash flow and liquidity, particularly as the materials for the flow plates are already in stock.
