Cellectis Concludes Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in Paris

Biotechnology firm Cellectis conducted its annual general meeting at its Paris headquarters on June 28, 2022. The proceedings saw participation from holders of 67.23 percent of the company’s voting rights.

During the meeting, shareholders approved 24 of the 26 proposed items, specifically resolutions 1 through 23 and resolution 25. Resolutions 24 and 26 were rejected by the assembly.
