New York – Cellectis, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced its financial results for the third quarter and the first nine months ended September 30, 2022. The company reported a cash position of $103 million as of September 30, 2022, including cash, cash equivalents, current financial assets, and restricted cash.

The company has made progress in several of its cell therapy programs. Preliminary clinical data for UCART123 in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia will be presented at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting 2022. Preclinical data for UCARTCS1 will also be presented in collaboration with the Amsterdam University Medical Center.

Cellectis has initiated patient dosing for its UCART22 and UCART20x22 product candidates, which are fully manufactured in-house. The company is continuing to enroll patients in its three ongoing Phase 1 dose-escalation clinical trials.

Development initiatives and milestones from the company's partners have also been announced. Allogene Therapeutics has initiated the industry's first allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy Phase 2 trial. Iovance Biotherapeutics has dosed the first patient in a clinical trial for TALEN-edited TIL therapy.

Mark Frattini has been appointed as the company's new Chief Medical Officer.
