Celltrion to present new infliximab analyses for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

Celltrion USA announced that two analyses evaluating ZYMFENTRA® (infliximab-dyyb) will be presented at the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting in Nashville. The presentations focus on subcutaneous (SC) infliximab in patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

One presentation features a late-breaking analysis comparing SC and intravenous (IV) infliximab in patients with ileum-dominant Crohn's disease. A second analysis examines the impact of prior anti-drug antibody (ADA) status on clinical outcomes following SC infliximab use after an interruption of IV treatment.

These analyses suggested that clinical outcomes were generally similar for patients receiving SC infliximab, regardless of previous detection of anti-drug antibodies. Drug concentrations increased following initiation of SC infliximab and remained comparable over time across different ADA statuses.

Dr. Juby Jacob-Nara, Chief Medical Officer at Celltrion USA, stated that the new analyses provide additional information on SC infliximab use and reflect the company's commitment to advancing clinically meaningful research for the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community.
