HOUSTON – CenterPoint Energy is sending 355 employees and contractors to help restore power in Northwest Florida following Hurricane Isaias. The company is providing support to Florida Power & Light (FPL) in the Pensacola area.

The deployed workforce includes 105 line workers from CenterPoint Energy, along with approximately 150 contractor line workers and 100 vegetation management personnel. They are expected to assist with restoration efforts over the coming days.
