Cerillion updates BSS/OSS software with expanded AI agents
London-based Cerillion has released version 26.2 of its telecommunications software, introducing new agentic AI tools and expanded open API certifications.
Cerillion has announced the general availability of version 26.2 of its BSS/OSS suite. The release focuses on integrating agentic AI into core telecom operations, including customer service assistance, automated service configuration, and churn prediction models.
The updated suite features AI agents designed to assist service teams in resolving inquiries and configuring complex networks with reduced manual intervention. Additionally, the software introduces competitor-aware product creation tools, allowing operators to design new service packages informed by external market data. Cerillion’s platform architecture allows operators to use these native features alongside third-party AI models.
The update also includes technical improvements for 5G standalone charging and a new workspace for product catalog management. Cerillion continues to emphasize its commitment to open standards, reporting 47 TM Forum-certified real-world open APIs. Chief Product Officer Brian Coombs stated that the goal is to provide a standardized, governed environment for mission-critical operations.
