CES Properties Renews Brand Ahead of 57th Anniversary
Pacific Northwest real estate firm CES Properties is unveiling a new brand and celebrating its investors as it approaches its 57th year in business.

Founded in 1969, CES Properties has built a track record through long-standing partnerships with regional developers, including Terrene Homes, The Cordillera Group, and VP Companies. On October 25, CES Properties will host its annual investor appreciation event at The Harvest development in Woodinville, a project co-funded by CES and developed by VP Companies. The event will also feature the unveiling of the new CES brand, which honors the firm's founder, Ed Springman.
