CETA Testsysteme Presents Modular Test Stand Concept
CETA Testsysteme GmbH has developed a modular test stand concept for leak and flow testing. The system offers customizable solutions for industrial applications using compressed air.

Hilden, Germany-based CETA Testsysteme GmbH has introduced a new modular test stand concept designed for leak and flow testing applications using compressed air.
The system addresses the growing industrial demand for complete solutions that integrate test apparatus with measurement technology. Its modular design allows for the creation of customer-specific test stations, which can incorporate various control systems and safety features, such as two-hand start or protective doors.
Each test stand is configured with a custom fixture for the part under test and an integrated CETA test device. Optional features, including part marking and measurement data logging, can also be integrated. The testing process is automated, comprising filling, stabilizing, measuring, and venting phases, after which the result is evaluated and the part classified as conforming or non-conforming.
The modularity of the system enables it to be adapted for a wide range of testing tasks and components. CETA verifies the technical feasibility of each testing task during the project planning phase to ensure a reliable solution. The company has a history of quality recognition, including the NRW Quality Award for Industry in 2002.
