CFMOTO 675SR-R to be Official Motorcycle for 2027 WorldWCR Championship

Chinese motorcycle manufacturer CFMOTO has finalized an agreement making its 675SR-R model the official motorcycle for the FIM Women's Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) starting from the 2027 season. This deal with DornaWSBK organization positions CFMOTO as the first Chinese manufacturer to be the official supplier for a one-make series under the FIM WorldSBK umbrella.

The WorldWCR, established in 2024, is the FIM's inaugural world championship exclusively for female circuit racers. In a one-make championship, all riders compete on identical bikes, allowing for a direct test of rider skill and motorcycle performance. The series is one of four under the WorldSBK banner.

The 675SR-R is powered by a 675cc liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine, developed in-house by CFMOTO, producing a maximum output of 70 kW (95 hp) at 11,000 rpm. The model has already proven its racing pedigree over two seasons in the British Superbike (BSB) championship, achieving a podium finish in its debut season, making it the first Chinese-manufactured production bike to do so. CFMOTO's technical partner, Aspar Team, with experience in Moto2 and Moto3, was also involved in the 675SR-R's development.

Through this partnership, CFMOTO aims to enhance its international presence and reshape global perceptions of the Chinese motorcycle industry. For the 2027 season, CFMOTO will provide comprehensive technical support, including race bike preparation, spare parts supply, and on-site technical teams.
