Changan Qiyuan Q05 Sales Exceed 100,000 Units
Changan Qiyuan's compact SUV, the Q05, has surpassed 100,000 cumulative sales. The model has also held the top sales position in its segment in China for four consecutive months.
Changan Qiyuan announced yesterday that its Q05 compact SUV has achieved cumulative sales exceeding 100,000 units. The vehicle has also maintained its position as the best-selling model in the compact SUV category for four consecutive months in its domestic market.
The Q05 was launched in November of last year, with a starting price of 79,900 yuan. The SUV measures 4435mm in length, 1855mm in width, and 1595mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2735mm.
In April, the model range was expanded with the addition of two new versions, the 506 Pro+ and 506 Max+, priced at 89,900 and 95,900 yuan respectively. Later in April, a "Laser Intelligent Edition" of the Q05, featuring laser technology, was also introduced with a limited-time promotional price starting at 89,900 yuan.
The sales milestone and market leadership indicate strong consumer demand for Changan Qiyuan's offering in the competitive compact SUV segment in China.
