ChangXin Memory Technologies reports LPDDR products drive majority of revenue

ChangXin Memory Technologies states that its LPDDR series accounted for 52% of total revenue in the first three quarters of 2026, supported by strong demand for DRAM products.

1 November 2026

Chinese semiconductor firm ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) released its performance report for the first nine months of 2026, revealing that the LPDDR series generated 781.91 billion yuan, accounting for 52.02% of total revenue. Meanwhile, the company’s DDR series saw its revenue share increase, attributed to the volume growth of DDR5 products since their launch in late 2024.

The firm currently utilizes a fifth-generation process technology platform for its LPDDR5X product line. Engineering validation for its sixth-generation process platform, based on a 4F² vertical channel DRAM architecture, has been completed. The company intends to upgrade its product portfolio, including future iterations of DDR5 and LPDDR6, based on these technological advancements.

Looking ahead, the company expects revenue growth to persist through the fourth quarter. Driven by the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence applications, server clients continue to generate robust demand, sustaining the current supply-demand imbalance in the global DRAM market.
