Chemistry Acquires Colossus, Expands Capabilities

Independent agency Chemistry announced today its acquisition of Boston-based creative firm Colossus. The acquisition marks the establishment of Chemistry's fifth U.S. office in Boston, significantly enhancing its creative and design expertise.

The integration brings one of the industry's recognized independent creative shops into Chemistry's fold. Colossus's specialized skills are expected to complement Chemistry's existing offerings, with its client roster and ongoing projects set to become part of the expanded organization.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The move is anticipated to bolster Chemistry's services, particularly in areas such as digital marketing and brand design. The new Boston location will serve both regional and national clients.

Chemistry, which also has offices in locations including Pittsburgh and New York, stated the acquisition aligns with its strategy for geographic expansion and deepening its industry capabilities.
