Chemours Reports $1.5 Billion Revenue in Third Quarter 2026
Chemours posted third-quarter net sales of $1.5 billion, as pricing actions in titanium technologies offset lower volumes in thermal and specialized solutions.

The Chemours Company reported net sales of $1.5 billion for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 3% increase over the same period in 2025. The revenue growth was primarily supported by a 5% increase in pricing, particularly within the company’s titanium technologies (TT) segment, which helped mitigate a 2% decline in overall volume.
Net income reached $196 million, or $1.29 per diluted share, significantly up from $46 million in the prior-year period. This figure includes a $150 million insurance recovery payment related to a consent order with the State of New Jersey concerning historical PFAS discharges. The adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $200 million, compared to $189 million in the third quarter of 2025.
CEO Denise Dignam noted that results were buoyed by demand in high-value sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing and data center AI infrastructure. However, the company faced headwinds in its Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS) business, specifically within the North American stationary air conditioning aftermarket. Chemours also reached a legal settlement with North Carolina regarding historical PFAS contamination and completed the divestment of its Kuan Yin property for approximately $340 million.
