CHERRY XTRFY K5 Ultra Keyboard Released in "Nightmare" Colorway
CHERRY XTRFY has released its K5 Ultra keyboard in a new "Nightmare" colorway, featuring TMR magnetic switches at a price of 499 yuan.
CHERRY XTRFY has launched the K5 Ultra keyboard in a new "Nightmare" (夢魇) colorway, maintaining the price point of 499 yuan previously set by the "Phantom Prism" version. This release expands the availability of the TMR magnetic switch keyboard.
The "Nightmare" variant features a black chassis and keycaps made of PC material with a forged carbon fiber texture that allows light to pass through. Internally, it is equipped with the acoustically optimized MK "Magic Crystal" magnetic switches Plus.
The keyboard utilizes a 65% layout, offering an 8kHz polling rate and a 16kHz full-key scan rate. Its Rapid Trigger feature allows adjustment ranges from 0.1mm to 3.3mm with 0.01mm precision, and a latency of under 0.3ms.
Additionally, the K5 Ultra integrates an aluminum positioning plate and a four-layer sound-dampening structure. The PCB supports some third-party magnetic switches, and the keyboard includes integrated 8-bit color depth RGB backlighting.
