Chery iCAR Releases Official Images of New V25 SUV
Chery iCAR has unveiled official images of its upcoming V25 model, a plug-in hybrid SUV. The vehicle features a boxy design and a roof-mounted LIDAR sensor.

Chinese automaker Chery iCAR has released official images and specifications for its new V25 model. The vehicle is positioned as a "tech-forward and fashionable light flagship SUV," adopting the iCAR family's distinctive futuristic and boxy design language.
The V25 is a plug-in hybrid multi-purpose passenger vehicle (SUV) measuring 4636 mm in length, 1920 mm in width, and 1855 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2820 mm. It is designed to accommodate five passengers and includes a notable roof-mounted LIDAR sensor, suggesting advanced driver-assistance capabilities.
Under the hood, the V25 is powered by a 1.5-liter (1499 cc) engine producing 115 kW, with a maximum net power of 105 kW. Energy is supplied by a lithium iron phosphate battery. The vehicle's WLTC fuel consumption is rated at 1.54 liters per 100 kilometers. Its top speed is reported to be 180 km/h.
The release of these images follows the recent publication of technical details by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Chery iCAR is a brand under Chery Auto, focusing on new energy vehicles.
