Chery Launches Jetour Traveller 7 SUV
Chery has released the Jetour Traveller 7, a new internal combustion engine SUV positioned for urban use, starting at a promotional price of 89,900 yuan.
Chery has officially launched the Jetour Traveller 7, a new SUV positioned below the existing Traveller 7 PLUS. While the Traveller 7 is marketed for urban commuting, the company maintains the PLUS variant for customers requiring off-road capabilities and four-wheel drive.
The vehicle is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, outputting 135 kW and 290 Nm of torque. It features a ground clearance of 185 mm and a wading depth of 600 mm. Inside, the cabin includes a 15.6-inch 2.5K central display driven by a Snapdragon 8155 chip, supporting integrated AI model functionality.
While the standard retail price ranges from 113,900 to 134,900 yuan, Chery is offering a temporary introductory price starting at 89,900 yuan. Additionally, the company released the updated Traveller 7 PLUS C-DM model, with pricing starting at 124,900 yuan.
