Chery reports 7.2 percent sales growth for October
Chinese automaker Chery sold 282,500 vehicles in October, bringing year-to-date sales to 2.36 million units.

Chery Automobile announced that it sold 282,500 vehicles across its five brands in October, representing a 7.2 percent year-on-year increase. For the first ten months of the year, total sales reached 2.36 million units, an increase of 10.1 percent compared to the same period in 2025.
Performance varied significantly across the company's portfolio. While the flagship Chery brand saw sales grow by 18.2 percent to 200,600 units, other segments struggled. Jetour, Exeed, iCAR, and Luxeed all reported year-on-year declines. Luxeed saw the sharpest drop, with sales falling by 52.5 percent to 6,090 units.
Electric vehicle adoption and international expansion remain core components of the company's operational figures. In October, the automaker moved 132,000 new energy vehicles, while exports accounted for 194,700 units of the total sales volume.
