Chery's robotics unit, AiMOGA Robotics, has begun preparations for a potential standalone IPO and is discussing listing venues. The company has not yet announced a timeline.

Chery's robotics division, AiMOGA Robotics, has commenced preparations for a potential standalone initial public offering. The company is reportedly in discussions regarding possible listing venues but has not yet announced a specific timeline or selected an exchange.
The company, incubated by Chery in January 2025, stated that a public listing could provide necessary funding for continued technology investment and international expansion initiatives. This move would signify a new phase for the robotics unit, separating it from its parent company.
AiMOGA reports having delivered over 3,000 robots globally, with 2,000 of these deliveries occurring outside of China. The company currently operates in more than 60 countries and regions and has set a target of 10,000 global robot deliveries for the upcoming year.
In addition to its commercial robot deliveries, AiMOGA has deployed 110 humanoid police robots across several cities in China, indicating a focus on public safety applications.
